Complaints and Concerns
In the event that you are unhappy with the care and service you receive from an SCA Registered Childminder, we advise that you speak directly to the Childminder to raise your concern and seek resolution. However, should this not produce an outcome you are satisfied with please contact us using the form below. We will treat all complaints with utmost confidence and aim to resolve any issues within 10 working days of notice.
